Our Story
It all started when we bought a unit in a small townhouse complex. Like many owners, we wanted professional help with strata management – but quickly found that the options available weren't built for us. Every management company we spoke with came with high fees, hidden costs, and a lack of transparency.
We signed a contract that cost us thousands upfront, only to later discover the fine print: kickbacks, commissions, and being forced to use their "preferred" vendors for essentials like insurance. When we realized it wasn't working, it cost us even more to break free from the agreement.
That experience made something clear: traditional strata management wasn't designed for small complexes. On top of that, we were always faced with the formality of Annual General Meetings. No matter how small the property – even in a duplex – an AGM was required, and it usually came down to one owner reluctantly putting their hand up to manage the process.
When we moved into a duplex, the same challenges resurfaced. Sharing bills and managing insurance between just two owners should have been simple – but there was still no practical, affordable solution.
So we decided to build one.
Our platform was created by unit owners, for unit owners. It's designed specifically for small dwellings – from 2 to 12 units – where professional management often doesn't make financial sense, but transparency, fairness, and good systems still matter.
We're still new and finding our feet, but we're passionate about solving these problems. We'll continue to roll out new features, and we want to hear from you — tell us what you'd like to see, and we'll do our best to build it.
